Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy At Thermaculture Inc:
Our goal is to ensure you have the best possible experience with your sauna. If something isn’t right, please reach out to feelbetter@thermaculture.ca — we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.
We’re confident you’ll love your Thermaculture setup, but if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help. The process below outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and warranty coverage. Return Policy If you’re not fully satisfied with your sauna tent and stove, you may return it within 60 days of delivery.
All packages (unopened and opened) may be returned for free (no restocking fee). To qualify for a return: The sauna tent and stove must be clean, complete, and returned in their original packaging. All original parts and accessories must be included. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We understand that trying your sauna might leave minor signs of use — that’s okay. We can’t, however, accept returns that show heavy wear, damage, or missing pieces. If you’re unsure whether your sauna qualifies, contact us before shipping it back. Warranty Policy All Thermaculture sauna tents and stoves come with a two-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If a warranty claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the product (or the affected component) at our discretion. The warranty does not apply in cases of: Improper use, accident, or neglect unauthorized repair or modification normal wear and tear over time.
What Isn’t Covered Under Warranty:
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship — not damage from use, weather, or storage conditions. The following situations are not considered valid warranty claims: Fading, discolouration, or damage from prolonged outdoor exposure Burn marks or pinholes caused by sparks or embers (be sure to clean your chimney to avoid this issue)
Damage from high winds or improper anchoring of the tent Bending or tears from heavy items pressing against the walls or frame.
Stove damage caused by misuse, such as burning unsuitable materials or exposure to salt water
Heat damage from placing the stove too close to tent walls (less than 20 cm)
Normal wear, aging, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
