Thermaculture is hiring Casual Setup Crew to help deliver and set up our wood-fired sauna tents for backyard rentals, events, and community gatherings across Edmonton.

This is flexible, physical, community-oriented work — perfect for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and being part of a growing local wellness brand.

Immediate Dates Needed

We are currently looking for extra support on:

- December 29

- December 30

- January 5

Approximate hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (timing may vary slightly by booking)

January is typically a quieter month, with work picking up again in February, often with shorter shifts outside of peak holiday demand.

Pay + Perks:

- $25–$30/hour (2-hour minimum)

- Mileage paid

- Cold-day bonuses

- Extra bonus if you can store a sauna kit between rentals

- Option to be paid or work toward a discounted sauna (or a mix of both)

- Full training provided, with clear setup steps and on-call support if questions come up

Schedule

- Casual, contract work

- Mostly Mondays + Fridays

- No evenings

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering sauna equipment to client locations

- Setting up and packing down wood-fired sauna tents

- Managing basic setup details independently

- Working outdoors in all seasons, including winter (with cold-day guidelines and bonuses)

- Representing Thermaculture in a friendly, professional way

You’re a Great Fit If You:

- Have your own vehicle (SUV or larger)

- Are comfortable working solo

- Can lift up to 55 lbs

- Are 18+

- Enjoy being active, organized, and working outdoors — even on cold days
