Where sauna meets freedom
A Message from our Founder
From discovering bathhouses and sweat ceremonies around the world to living in Switzerland, where I immersed myself in sauna culture, I’ve always been drawn to the way these spaces offer both deep comfort and a renewed sense of vitality.
For the past five years, we’ve been designing and testing sauna tents and stoves — from my own backyard to the Canadian wilderness and large events across Western Canada. As the first in the industry, it has been a journey to figure out what truly works in Canada’s coldest temperatures — we’re proud of what we’ve created.
Today, Thermaculture brings the sauna tradition to backyards, riverbanks, and wilderness hideaways across Canada. More than heat and steam, it’s about connection—to ourselves, to nature, and to each other. Sauna isn’t just a luxury; it’s a ritual, a culture, and a practice everyone deserves to experience as part of their lives.

Our Mission
Our mission is to cultivate happy & healthy, sauna communities across North America, inspired by the ancient and medicinal traditions of sauna culture.
Our Purpose
We’re here to create a new kind of wellness culture — one that’s mobile, inclusive, and deeply connected to the elements. As a proudly women-owned and women-run Canadian company, our purpose is to create transformative experiences through sauna tent setups and the restorative power of heat and cold. By fostering wellness, rejuvenation, and community, we believe these simple rituals can empower individuals to live happier, healthier lives — sparking a movement toward greater connection, beauty, and togetherness in the world.
Our Passion
At Thermaculture, we’re passionate about helping people move beyond stress and disconnection, empowering them to thrive in their well-being and relationships by reconnecting with themselves, with nature, and with each other.
