Fresh out the sauna writing this review. It's been an awesome addition to our lives. We weren't sure if the wood heat would be too time consuming vs. an electric, and we weren't ready to spend 15k+ on what we considered to be a luxury health item without knowing how it would improve and affect our lives.
I wanted a sauna for years as a way to stay warm in the winter and possibly see some health benefits. What I have experienced in the 2 months of thermaculture ownership is amazing to me. I feel more energy, my skin is healthier, I feel more robust overall. I love the ritual of starting the fire and being naked outside. We now do a morning sauna 3x/week. I feel this investment is a great entry into sauna and I look forward to many years of future sauna benefits! It's easy to clean and maintain, the tent holds its shape - I have yet to adjust the supporting strings. Everything feels well thought out and efficient.
If I could go back in time, I would get the larger tent. I thought I'd like to have my feet on the earth, but I really like having my feet up near my body as it is quite cold on the ground, especially now that cooler temperatures are coming. It feels better in my body and I sweat faster when my feet are up on the benches, so I sit cross legged most of the time. I think I'd likely prefer the new larger tent set up with double benches. We chose the smaller because we wanted it to heat faster and use less wood to keep it warm, which is still a good consideration. However, if your budget and location has the room, I'd recommend upgrading to the bigger size and benches.
Overall this company has been fantastic at communication, their product is sound, and fairly priced. They're doing a great service and I am so grateful to be an owner!

This is a powerful stove. Easy to make a fire and heats the space quick! It's easily cleaned and put together. It's an awesome product of engineering! We love how the glow of the mountains looks when the fire is hot.

The stove is great quality. It lights fast and burns hot and the mountain etching on the sides is a thoughtful detail. Within 15 mins, we've had our sauna at 100 C! The rocks fill the space and create amazing loyly when moistened. The chimney cleaner is easy to use and the fire mat works well protecting our plywood base beneath the stove. We have no regrets with our purchase!
