Returns

At Thermaculture Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your new sauna tent, we are here to help.

Within 30 days of your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that we cannot refund any original or return shipping charges.

Warranty

Thermaculture Inc. is committed to providing high-quality, durable products. That's why we offer a limited one-year warranty on all of our sauna tents, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

If your sauna tent proves to be defective due to issues with the materials or construction, we will either replace or repair the product or part of the product, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover problems caused by improper use, accident, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.
