Bring Your Magic to Thermaculture

Trade 2 hours of your time in the Thermaculture Lounge to share your gifts—

offer bodywork, music, content creation (videography/photography), or facilitate something special.

💫 In return, receive 1 spa pass to immerse yourself in the full Thermaculture experience.

Volunteers

Thermaculture Set Up & Take Down Crew (14 hours)
Creating a mobile Nordic spa is a labor of love and intention.

We need strong, capable individuals to help bring this sacred space to life.

This includes setting up saunas, chopping wood, and ensuring everything is ready for a seamless, beautiful experience.

If you take pride in building something meaningful with your hands, this role is for you.
✔ Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
✔ Availability Required:

  • Wednesday, July 3rd (7.5 hours - Set Up)

  • Monday, July 8th (7.5 hours - Take Down)
    Perks: Enjoy the entire festival.

Thermaculture Nordic Spa Support Crew (16 hours)
Our spa thrives on warmth—both in the saunas and in our hospitality. If you have a passion for wellness, healing, or creating a nurturing environment, this role is for you.


✔ Main Tasks:

  • Greeting and guiding guests through the spa experience

  • Keeping the space clean and welcoming

  • Assisting with cold plunge & sauna maintenance

  • Stoking fires and serving ceremonial cacao

  • Supporting as needed in various Thermaculture roles

  • Bring your magic to the Thermaculture Lounge

Priority Roles
While volunteers will help out across roles, we’re also looking for individuals who bring their unique gifts to the space:

  • Guides & Facilitators (welcoming and orienting guests)

  • Bodyworkers & Sound Healers (massage, sound baths, live music)

  • Vanik Whisking Practitioners (training available)

  • Photographers & Content Creators (capturing the magic of the space)

MIXED ROLE - Spend part of your role with set up/ take down and the other part as Nordic Spa Support

Core Team

We are seeking dedicated, experienced individuals to join our core Thermaculture team. If you’re organized, adaptable, and love creating sacred spaces, we would love to hear from you.

Main Roles:
✔ Team Lead – Oversee operations & problem-solve as needed
✔ Front Desk Coordinator – Manage check-ins, guest flow, and organization
✔ Sacred Flow Support – A dynamic role for those who love to be at the heart of the experience. You’ll support where needed, whether welcoming guests, tending the fire, preparing the space, or keeping the rhythm of Thermaculture in flow. This role may also include helping with set up and take down.

⏳ Dates Required: Wednesday/Thursday - Sunday/Monday
💵 Pay Rates:

  • Core Team: $22/hour cash or $30/hour in Thermaculture credits (for sauna rentals or purchases)

  • Hours: 8 hours total per day.
